Client Care ATM Analyst (249180-618)

Open Solutions Inc. has a full suite of software products and services designed to allow banks, thrifts and credit unions to better compete in today’s aggressive financial services marketplace, and expand and tap their trusted financial relationships, client affinity, community presence and personalized service.

We seek a Client Care ATM Analyst for our Client Care Group at our Glastonbury, CT office. Our Analysts are first and second-tier Client Care technicians who provide detailed analysis of issues they receive from clients who have had the first contact from our clients in a Deposits area.

As an Open Solutions Client Care Analyst, you will:recreate the condition on the test database use remote access or VPN to dial into the bank write scripts using SQL to analyze bank data write scripts to update and correct data, set up and install software components or product related to ATM, Debit or bill payment originating from the delivery channel when appropriate and under direction of a Senior Support Analyst review server logs interact with the Development Group relative to systems bugs and enhancements test changes made to software for fixes, enhancements and releases assist the Documentation Group with information, to help them write procedures that clients can use act as a back-up for answering incoming calls from the existing converted customer base relative to an Open Solutions software product provide after-hours pager support on a rotating basis for emergency issues relative to the end-of-day process adhere to Service Level Agreement guidelines.


To qualify for this position, you must have:a two- to four-year degree in IT, Finance or Accounting an interest in balancing and GL reconciliation excellent interpersonal and communications skills, as well as the ability to keep sensitive information confidential strong research and problem-solving skills familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access) -- Windows NT, 2000, XP an SQL is helpful
