We seek a Client Care Business Consultant II to work at our Glastonbury CT, world headquarters.



In this role, you will:be responsible for supporting the overall growth and continued improvements of the Open Solutions Client Care Organization. Through partnering with Business Managers, Associates, and Cross-Functional Teams lead project and technical implementation initiatives that create scalable processes for the improvement of our Organization and Client's experience drive technology migrations to unified platforms drive business interests and requirements for new technology implementations enhance current technology to align with Client Care processes

To qualify for this position, you must have:Microsoft office SQL knowledge required (PeopleSoft Report Manager a major plus) aspect software ensemblePro/unified IP application experience aspect Software eWorkforce management application experience compass/peoplesoft CRM experience crystal reports call center management/supervisory experience in-depth knowledge of contact center technology and methodologies process improvement methodology experience and/or certification (Six Sigma, ISO, etc.) project management experience/certification working in cross-functional teams proven requirements gathering/documentation experience strong technical writing experience leadership at the project/initiative level Please apply directly to this position at our Open Solutions career center.
