We seek two Client Care Financial Analysts to work in our Orem, UT. Office, working with customers who communicate to us by phone, e-mail and fax. As a Client Care Financial Analyst, you willl provide support to clients who use Open Solutions financial products and services -- you will log, track, and manage all incoming cases in a professional and timely manner to ensure our clients are satisfied provide detailed analysis of issues received from customers pertaining to the financial module of the Standard Market Edition of our core processing product (stage test scenarios; analyze customer data; update or correct data when appropriate; use client financial statements to better identify out-of-balance conditions; report criteria issues or other variances that might be related to the software) submit system bugs and enhancements to Development on behalf of customers and interact with Development on those itemstest changes made to software for fixes, enhancements and releasesunderstand and manage client expectations, ensuring client priorities and high-impact items are addressed in a timely mannerparticipate in special projects for existing customers as needed (assist new customers with reconciliation, or set up add-on modules of the financial product)work effectively and professionally with other Open Solutions departmentsprovide occasional after-hours support.

To qualify for this position, you must have:a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance two to four years of accounting experience (financial industry experience preferred) a full understanding of GAAP excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to keep sensitive information confidentialthe ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writingthe ability to multi-task and respond to a variety of internal and external customer needsstrong research and problem-solving skillsthe ability to work independently with minimal supervision (self-starter)adequate technical knowledge to develop/modify simple technical solutions for clients (via SQL or PL/SQL scripts, report writers, etc.) proficiency in Microsoft Office productsthe ability and willingness to travel, possibly up to 10-15%.
