Client Care Technical Operations Specialist (255891-618)
Open Solutions Inc. has a full suite of software products and services designed to allow banks, thrifts and credit unions to better compete in today’s aggressive financial services marketplace, and expand and tap their trusted financial relationships, client affinity, community presence and personalized service.
We seek a Client Care Technical Operations Specialist for our Client Care Group at our Glastonbury, CT or Cherry Hill, NJ offices. Our Technical Operations Specialists are tier-one Client Care technicians who have the first point of contact from our clients and provide detailed analysis of their issues.
In this role, you will:support our clients utilizing our procedures and services log, track and manage all incoming calls professionally, with up-to-date notes, to provide timely and accurate resolution of client issues, ensuring client satisfaction understand and manage client expectations ensuring client priorities and high impact items are addressed in a timely manner provides detailed analysis of issues received from client. Recreate conditions on a test database. May utilize basic SQL or Logic to analyze client data provide excellent client support through excellent communication, responsive follow through, and advocacy for client issues within internal departments participate in ongoing training sessions move cases to level 2 or 3 support using guidelines or direction from Team Lead or manager participate in special projects for clients as needed required to be on-call via beeper coverage approximately one week per quarter and work a late shift until 8:00pm approximately 3 days a month other duties as assigned by management
To qualify for this position, you must have:high school diploma or equivalent education and experience previous customer service experience experience in Back Office financial industry processes excellent interpersonal and communications skills as well as the ability to keep sensitive information confidential use of remote access tools required experience or training with servers, databases, operations or SQL programming language, printer setup, ACH file movement, monetary cash dispensers, financial operations production, ancillary hardware, WMF forms a definite plus familiarity with Microsoft Office products, specifically Access and Excel Windows NT/2000/XP experience is very helpful Please apply directly to this position at our Open Solutions career center.
