In this role you will be responsible for the following:

· Handle all aspects of support and setup for new and existing clients.

·Windows based troubleshooting (Adobe, Active X Controls, etc).

· Intermediate knowledge of Desktop Support.

· Recommend and develop improved procedures to ensure a consistently positive experience for every client every time.

·Tracking and monitoring each new client’s progress during setup and installation to ensure that no step is over looked and no promises are unfulfilled.

· Generating daily reports regarding the status of new client’s setup and installation.

· Coordination of weekly WebEx Teleconferences.

· Become an integral part of a fast paced team. We will all succeed through the success of each individual team member.

 

THIS POSITION REQUIRES COMPREHENSIVE UNDERSTANDING OF BASIC COMPUTER USE


Minimum Requirements:Highly motivated, energetic with a very positive attitude. Highly motivated, energetic with a very positive attitude (this is not a typo). EXCELLENT PHONE AND VERBAL SKILLS. Demonstrated strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills. Excellent / Demonstrated PC skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and Internet. Attention to detail and ability to produce work quickly and accurately. Excellent prioritizing, planning, organization and time management skills. High school diploma (2 or 4 year college preferred). Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and react positively to pressure. Previous automobile dealership experience is considered a strong plus.
