We are currently hiring in Lawrenceville, GA for the following: Client QA Project Manager Job Description:The Client QA Project Manager (CQA-PM) is responsible for the implementation and execution of quality initiatives in Client Software.  The CQA-PM will report to the Director of Client-QA and be required to work effectively with the Director of Client QA Initiatives.  The CQA-PM will also interface with other development and QA leaders within Subscriber to help coordinate and execute on QA initiatives driven across Client Software.  The CQA-PM will assist with the definition of Client Software QA projects and be specifically responsible for the successful and timely execution of those projects, including the detailed planning, execution, and rollout. Specific initial projects include but are not limited to: Effective metrics collection and usage Launch Unit Testing methodologies Continuous process improvement execution Software development process adherence confirmation Root Cause Analysis (RCA) including post mortem formalization and execution Software complexity/risk assessments Minimum Requirements: 15+ years’ software development experience including knowledge of software development methodologies, quality processes and metrics, quality tools, and software testing. 5+ years of industry experience 5+ years’ experience leading software development teams 2+ years’ Linux-based product development experience Education Requirements: BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering Preferred Experience: 20+ years of Embedded Software Development 10+ years’ experience leading software development teams Education: MS degree in CS or EE QA industry certifications Excellent verbal and written communication throughout organization including providing regular status updates and internal and external presentations as needed. Travel: 15%   Connect with Scientific Atlanta, a Cisco company and receive a competitive salary and exceptional benefits.
