Client Services Account Manager - eStara Recommendations

Responsibilities:
• Manage customer accounts throughout the entire customer life cycle, including project initiation, technical implementation, account maintenance, business analysis and consulting.
• Coordinate internal and customer resources to successfully complete service implementations.
• Work directly with eStara Sales team to support new accounts in a seamless transition from prospect to long term customer.
• Work directly with customers to improve Recommendations results and identify add-on service opportunities within the account
• Orient customers to product capabilities, new features, and operating standards
• Advise customers through the use of Recommendations via site and report analysis (often with assistance of key team members) and guide day-to-day operations
• Act as point of escalation for problem resolution and technical support coverage.
• Assist in improving procedures and developing new processes to build this growing team

Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated, self sufficient professional with the following background:
• 3-5 years of client services or customer relationship experience, preferably in an on-demand or managed services company.
• Must have exceptional customer interaction from the highest levels to the lowest levels of an organization.
• Must have a proven track record of successfully leading multiple/concurrent customer engagements as this individual is ultimately held responsible for the customer satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers about the technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Product Training experience preferred.
• Some level of proficiency and basic understanding of web site management, page development
• Proficiency using standard software applications, including Microsoft suites.
• eCommerce or business analytics experience preferred.
