Client Services Analyst – Must speak any APAC Language

 

Hours: 2AM to 12PM Tuesday through Saturday

The Client Service Analyst (CSA) will act as a part of the main support structure for Project, Client Service, and Workspace Managers.  A successful CSA will leverage diverse market knowledge, application training, and client service skills to provide world class support to IntraLinks users both internal and external.

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Liaison between Client Services Project Managers/Client Services Managers and support team

· Perform client training as required

· First point of contact for call rollover lines

· Act as market/project knowledge resource for CSR’s and Workspace Managers

· Follow-up with clients post-implementation to provide additional support as needed

· Act as a first line of escalation for issues from Client Services Representatives (CSR).

· Address and resolve all issues and questions that arise from end users

· Ensure that every client touch point within the IntraLinks service organization is as positive an experience as possible

· Works with clients and end-users to create and administer digital workspaces.

· Gain an understanding of IntraLinks’ major vertical markets in order to optimize our service to these marketplaces

· As needed, may work on special projects related to new application development, product rollouts, and/or data cleanup or migration.

 

Requirements:

 

· 1-3 years of work experience in a call center customer service capacity is preferred.

· Strong presentation skills and ability to run internal meetings.

· Ability to work under minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment when making decisions.

· Ability to be self-starter and willing to learn new things.

· Strengths in analysis and an ability to creatively think to achieve solutions.

· Skills in adaptability, multi-tasking and/or troubleshooting.

· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

· Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team or project.

· Strong computer skills required, experience in working with internet-based applications

· Must speak any APAC Language
