Assist in the management of the day-to-day project and program management activities for various clients. Work closely with Client Service Program Managers and the entire client delivery cross-functional team to track projects and ensure timely completion. Interface directly with clients to communicate project status via regularly scheduled status reporting and status calls. Candidate will work on a team supporting clients program managers and reporting to the Client Services Program Management Director. Duties will include:Assist in the day-to-day program management operations to deploy marketing and interactive campaigns for our pharmaceutical clients. Manage ongoing status reportingAssist in project work documentationAssist in management of client/vendor/supplier data file administration & data integrity.Conference reporting of all meeting and conference calls Assist in the client invoicing and billing processExcellent organizational skillsDetail oriented Ability to anticipate and solve problemsRequired SkillsAn individual of high integrity who has made it a habit to deliver as promised to both clients and colleagues.A self-motivated and high-energy individual that can focus and deliver as promised with basic managerial support, coupled with the ability to work positively and effectively in a team environment.A Good Communicator Good business writing skills needed to complete reports and communicate via e-mail.Team PlayerMust desire to work with others for overall team, company and customer success. Understanding of direct marketing techniques, interactive, database and campaign management, especially for e-mail and multi-channel programsEffective and efficient at reporting on, manipulating and updating relational database tables.Required ExperienceENHANCED SKILLS (You should already possess some of these skills; others can be learned at Optas) Bachelors degree in mathematics, computer science or similar field0-2 years experience or equivalent in consulting, CRM or database marketing fieldHigh Integrity Healthcare Industry Experience in selling into the Healthcare industry, especially in the management of consumer, patient or physician information. E-mail Experience in constructing sending and measuring the effectiveness of email OLAP Understanding of OLAP technology and reporting tools. Experience with MS Analysis Server is a plus. Understanding of HTML and ability to write and use tools to create web pages and email.
