The Client Services Engineer will be joining a leader the media industry providing digital video consulting and software solutions, making a name for themselves in this critical client facing role. Engineered as a pure web-based application, VFinity provides innovative solutions for the management, distribution and monetization of digital media, and the context of that digital media. VFinity is the only “Web-native” DAM platform built upon a Services-Oriented Architecture (SOA). Rapidly growing, VFinity is a platform and service provider for multimedia asset management, enterprise Web2.0 media product, workflow, and enterprise search. We are a 7 year old company in its middle to late start-up stage with major growth and continuing potential for hyper growth in the exciting and profoundly changing space of the multimedia and social networking Web. The company’s software is simple to use, requires minimal training and can adapt to most business workflow requirements without interruption.

As a Client Services Engineer working out of our New York City office, your primary task will be sales fulfillment - supporting the sales team technically, assessing new clients' environments, and articulating how VFinity's solution will best fit. Reporting to the Vice President of Technology, you will use your understanding of web technology and digital media to provide consultative support for clients and create the road map for successful installation, integration, and implementation. In this highly autonomous role, you will be responsible for juggling several balls at once owning the post-sales process from start to finish. Your exceptional IT project management skills will serve you well as you keep each task on track to ensure project deliverables are met. Your knowledge of media engineering and production will allow you to hit the ground running, and your strong communication skills will be crucial to your success as you keep each client up to date and engaged in the implementation. Your knowledge of digital asset management and focus on client service will give you the insight needed to gain respect and establish yourself as leader in this fast-paced industry.
