Our continued growth has resulted in an exciting opportunity as a Client Side Web Developer/Designer. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding and have rich experience in web application development, have very strong front-end programming skills, know how to use Photoshop to create web designs as well as final web graphics, understand and have experience with information architecture and possess a desire to perform a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced working environment. A typical project may require the candidate to serve as information architect, designer and programmer so having a high comfort level with multi-tasking is very important.

Required Skills:At least 4 years work experience with JavascriptAt least 4 years work experience with HTML/DHTML/CSSStrong working experience with AJAX Firm understanding to strong working knowledge of .NET and ColdfusionFirm understanding of information architectureExpert level with PhotoshopExperience and firm understanding of user-centric website design Experience with writing technical requirementsExperience Required:
Must be able to write technical requirements
Must be able to translate requirements into wireframes, comprehensive graphics or schematics to communicate the needs of a particular programming effort
Must be able to build working HTML prototypes based on comprehensive graphics or technical requirements
Must be able to 'wrap' wireframes with HTML/CSS/JS functionality and graphics into working web prototypes
Must have the ability to seek answers for questions that arise
Must be a self motivated problem solver
Strong non-verbal skills (listening, analyzing and writing)
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to listen to and absorb a variety of opinions
Ability to engage others when questions remain unanswered
Ability to effectively multi-task
Ability to communicate technical features to on-technical people
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Ability to deal with rapidly shifting priorities
