Client Support Analyst and Trainer

 

MDI Achieve is looking for a Client Support Analyst and Trainer to join the Client Services team in Tampa, FL.  The person we are looking to hire will have strong problem solving skills, excellent customer services skills, and solid experience in software support. We are looking for an individual to join our team and contribute to our overall support of our marketing application.

 

If you are very good with details, enjoy working with people, and are comfortable trouble-shooting financial business applications, this is a good opportunity.

 

This position works primarily within MDI Achieve’s call management process, which involves responding to, managing, and resolving client reported problems on MDI Achieve software products.  Both in-house and on-site training of our software application is performed in this position.  This position also contributes to other company processes.

Education and Experience:

 Bachelor's degree in related field OR experience that sufficiently demonstrates ability to analyze and solve technical problems, communicate effectively, train and mentor others, and provide excellent customer service (generally 2-4 years)Intermediate experience (generally 1-2 years) providing software support Two plus years experience working with personal computers and networking. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMicrosoft SQL query experience a plus
