Client Technical Support Leader

GoGocierge.net is the leading web-based application used by top tier hotel concierges around the world.  GoConcierge is looking to hire a motivated and well rounded person with strong technical and communication skills for the position of Client Technical Support Leader. This person must have a passion for providing exceptional client service and support coupled with a willingness to assist the team in all areas of operating the business. 

This position will handle client support calls, perform application updates, write SQL queries to create reports and extract data from SQL Server and assist with data entry and various client requests.  This candidate will also handle basic IT functions such as workstation/server configuration and answering technical questions from our three office locations.

 Applicants should have a minimum of 2 year of technical experience including working with databases and providing client/customer support.  Although not required, a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) is a positive and experience in troubleshooting and debugging client issues using Microsoft ASP and ASP.NET is highly desired.
