Affiliated Computer Services - Healthcare Solutions (ACS-HCS) seeks Clinical Applications Analysts and Senior Analysts to support healthcare IT applications. Analysts will aid our client hospital to execute better business strategies to meet their fiscal challenges while advancing clinical quality.

 

 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

 

-  At least two year’s hands-on experience implementing and/or supporting Cerner Millennium clinical applications.

-  Excellent interpersonal skills,(both verbal and written), as well as excellent organizational skills.

-  Strong customer service focus to build and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

-  Ability to work on your own, with solid problem solving skills.

-  Ability to work effectively with both non-technical and technical staff and vendors.

-  Experience with MS office software, and Microsoft operating environments.

- Candidates with similar experience with other vendor software ie. Epic, Eclipsys, McKesson, MediTech, GE/IDX, Siemens, etc…may be considered for the position and to be trained on Cerner applications.

-  Experience interfacing with end-users and management within a hospital setting.

-  Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

-  Must currently live near or willing to relocate to New Britain, CT.
