Clinical Implementation Specialist

IntrinsiQ, LLC is seeking a Professional Services Clinical Specialist for our IntelliDose product.  IntelliDose is the leading clinical information system for oncology, and is used to treat more than 16000 oncology patients each month. This is an ideal position for an experienced oncology RN who would like to build a career in the medical software industry.

Description:

Provide implementation and training services as part of a Professional Services team to both new and existing customers.  Manage and execute the clinical aspects of an oncology specific EMR implementation. Configure and complete all clinical pre-installation set up.  Provide on-site new user training.  Work in a fast paced environment, often without direct supervision, leading client meetings and trainings.  This is a unique, remote based opportunity, with extensive travel.

Qualified applicants must demonstrate a proven ability to manage and execute projects that include the following responsibilities:Conduct clinical kick-off meetingsPresent product demosPerform patient workflow assessmentsConduct clinical design meetingsBuild treatment regimensConfigure clinical system settingsDeliver on-site end user trainingResolve all clinical issues related to implementationsPerform and document clinical workflow assessments and provide action plans for optimizationProvide web-based trainingConstantly improve the customer experience

 

Requirements

· Ability to travel up to 70%

· Excellent customer management skills

· Experience with current adult and pediatric clinical oncology

· Demonstrated computer skills

· Superior interpersonal and written communication and presentation skills

· Professional demeanor and goal-oriented personality

· Must be proactive, independent, and highly motivated

· Demonstrated abilities to work independently and manage time effectively

· Ability to define, improve, and work with company processes

· Must be a registered nurse
