Our Compensation & Benefits Program Manager is responsible for designing, planning, implementing & administering Trend Micro’s Compensation and Benefit programs in the Americas, policies & procedures ensuring alignment with the corporate business strategy and achievement of a competitive market position. The Compensation & Benefits Program Manager is responsible for programs meeting employee’s needs, complying with legal requirements and being cost effective. The Compensation and Benefits Program Manager also ensures our Compensation and Benefits programs enhance the organization's ability to recruit and retain talent.Responsibilities Include: • Responsible for overall management of the Americas compensation program and vendor relationship for benefits programs.  Assesses the impact of current programs and proposes recommendations for enhancements. • Evaluates competitive environment and develops plan designs for compensation and benefits programs. Leads the gathering and analysis of market data to effectively understand the local competitiveness of our compensation and benefits programs. • Ensures compliance of our compensation programs with the legal and regulatory environment as well as company philosophy and guidelines. • Assists in the due diligence and integration of compensation programs for mergers and acquisitions. • Partners with local HR staff and management to solve compensation related business problems and effectively communicate to employees. • Provides coaching to management team on compensation, as well as solicits input and offers training on policies and programs • Manages base salary and variable pay administration as well as analyzes career paths and job families to ensure compensation is in appropriate alignment • Develops reports necessary to deliver compensation information, analysis and related program administration services to HR. • Responsible for gathering data for compensation and benefits surveys and completes survey input. • Prepares survey analysis and assessment of Trend’s position relative to the market. Prepares analysis and assists in developing recommendations on salary guideline movement, bonus allocations and guidelines.   Requirements: • BA/BS in management, HR, related or equivalent is required.  CCP, CBP, or GRP certification is a plus but not required. • At least 5-7 years compensation design and analytical experience. • Solid experience administrating compensation and benefits programs in a line organization • Experience working for multinational companies and matrixed environment preferred • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative HR initiatives and solutions • Excellent communication and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization including executives • Flexibility, adaptability and ability to function in a fast paced environment is required. • Strong project management experience required.
