These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR.  We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our client’s move ahead of the competition. People within the Client Operations-IO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Infrastructure Outsourcing (IO) is the ongoing management and/or improvement of activities related to a part or to the whole of a technical infrastructure (e.g. information systems, security systems, and telecommunications networks), allowing companies to focus on their core business and competencies. Responsibilities: The Batch Operations Support Analyst is responsible for providing 24x7 support functions for an Accenture managed Data Center, including creating incident tickets based on system generated alerts and restarting/re-running production batch jobs.  This position requires an ability to follow written procedures carefully with a high degree of precision.   Daily tasks will include monitoring batch processing, responding to alerts/messages/alarms, determining appropriate support groups and severity from available documentation, creating and properly routing incident tickets.  Analyst will be communicating with customers and restarting/re-running batch jobs after customer verification of incidents.  Escalating to team members all unresolved incidents/issues and customer questions. This position includes working overnight shift work.  The scheduled work nights/hours are as follows:  Thursday, Friday, Saturday and alternating Wednesday nights.
