Their ability to respond to continuous change with innovation, intelligence, and agility.  i2 offers an extremely competitive benefits package including Health, Dental & Vision Coverage; Generous Paid Time Off; 401(k) with Company Match; Flexible Spending Accounts; Short and Long-Term Disability; Life Insurance; and an Employee Discount Program to name a few.  Consultant • Assist Solution or Technical Architects to gather information in order to obtain data required for solution design and implementation• Promote and encourage the use of a standard product solution by recommending alternate solutions and business process re-engineering• Provide leadership in the building of the solution through the creation of workflows, processes, test plans, training material and user interfaces• Write memorandums and technical documents using clear, precise language• Actively coach and transfer knowledge to consultants and customers• Define content, organization and flow of project or sub-project deliverables or proposals with moderate supervision• Assist the Project Manager as required, with limited supervision, to develop work plans for small projects or components of larger projects • Provide industry knowledge in relation to business requirements (current and anticipated), critical success factors, and key performance indicators• Interface with various functional disciplines to achieve the completion of work packages within constraints of time, cost, performance, and technology• Proactively identify and escalate issues that may impact deliverables and/or timelines• Consistently complete of tasks and deliverables on time• Ensure compliance with internal and external company policies and procedures: - Project Management Methodology Compliance - Compliance with required training and skill set development - Compliance with Company policies and procedures relating to time and expenses• Expand personal skill sets to increase opportunities for billability - Additional software applications  - Business Knowledge - Project/practice management skills

Requirements• 2 or more years experience with Transportation / Logistics applications. • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant discipline; MSc/Ph.D. Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Transportation & Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operational Research, Management or related field preferred•  Highly developed organizational skills• Well developed communication and consulting skills including the ability to effectively question, actively listen, and in turn present business process improvements, software solutions, and i2 differentiators• Strong analytical skills, particularly in requirements, resolution, and quality assurance• Proven ability to identify potential problems/outstanding tasks, and find solutions• Ability to work and manage oneself independently while proactively seeking support as required
