ESRI's Consulting Services group supports our software users throughout the entire implementation lifecycle - from requirements to rollout. Our projects range from small focused technology transfer projects to large enterprise implementations of mission critical systems.DepartmentConsulting ServicesResponsibilitiesHelp clients translate and implement real-world needs into practical, state-of-the-art, GIS technology-driven solutions.Lead project teams during requirements, analysis, design, build, and deployment.Manage project performance.Manage subcontractors.Manage client relationship and expectations.Work with the ESRI marketing and sales teams to develop new business.RequirementsBA/BS, MS/MBA, or Ph.D. in relevant field, depending upon position level.2 to 3 years experience for entry level positions, 8 to 12 plus years of significant proven industry experience for senior positions. Public or private sector experience with survey and land records, land management, and land information systems data and technology.Working knowledge of desktop, client/server, and Internet applications, and services oriented architecture.Ability to develop project designs, work plans, budgets, and schedules.Excellent interpersonal, writing, presentation, and leadership skills.Recommended QualificationsExperience with ArcGIS in solving complex business problems.Experience with the PLSS and metes and bounds, survey data and technology.Experience with forest management systems. Knowledge of software development methodologies.
