Copywriter / Graphic Designer for Print and Web

Black Box Network Services, a leading direct marketer of voice and data networking services and equipment, seeks experienced creative professionals (see positions below) to write and design a range of marketing, technical, and corporate materials for its Web site and for direct mail. The copywriter and designer will work as members of a team to produce printed and on-line materials that include Web product presentations, e-mail promotions, printed catalogs, white papers, product data sheets, advertisements, press releases, corporate presentations, and more. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must be able to work under deadline and should be willing to be tested.

 

Copywriter

An experienced, dynamic copywriter is needed who can create promotional copy that is not only clear and accurate but also fresh, clever, and appealing. The copywriter will produce printed and on-line promotional, technical, and corporate materials including direct mail pieces, award-winning catalogs, advertisements, e-mail campaigns, and Web presentations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and three to six years’ experience in journalism, marketing communications, or advertising. Must present writing samples. The ability to use InDesign is preferred. Experience in technical fields is a plus.

 

Graphic Designer for Print and Web

An experienced, creative designer is needed for Web site, e-mails, award-winning catalogs, and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in graphic design including Web design. Knowledge of the following is required: Macintosh OS, InDesign (or QuarkXpress), Photoshop, Illustrator (or Freehand) and Dreamweaver. Familiarity with MS Expression Web is a plus. Must present a portfolio.
