Job Description: The Core Team Services Level F will assist with the project throughout the client's Mobility Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which will include working with development during their design stage getting answers to design questions. The Core Team Services Level F will also support Quality Assurance (QA) in testing and validate that the use case scenarios are appropriately tested. Key Responsibilities may include: Requirements Gathering Design Development/Programming Testing (planning, preparation, execution) Application Support Status Reporting Process Design Program/Project Management Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technical degrees. Minimum 1 year experience and/or relevant coursework working within phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Minimum 1 year experience with basic computing skills, familiarity with Web components, MS Office and Database concepts. Preferred Qualifications: Work or study experience with the following is desired. All are not required, but the more complete the fit, the better: Languages: C/C++, Java, COBOL, SQL, HTML, XML Middleware: Websphere Databases: DB2, Oracle, Teradata COTS: SAP Computing Environments: MVS, Unix, Client Server, J2EE Test Director/Quality Center Performance Testing Tools Professional Skill Requirements: Proven ability to work independently and as a team member. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment. Must display professionalism and confidence. Excellent customer service skills. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
