Corporate Trainer

DR Systems, Inc. (www.dominator.com) is a leader in enterprise-wide medical image and information management systems.  We offer an innovative image and information management system that delivers on-demand diagnostic-quality images over existing hospital networks and advanced radiology reading stations for radiologists. DR Systems is a growing, dynamic company whose goal is improving patient healthcare.

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Corporate Trainer.Position

Designs, plans, and implements corporate training programs for internal technical staff on product features and components. Determines training objectives.  Creates training programs, including outlines, text, handouts, tests, worksheets, and practice exercises.  Researches new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs.

Staff members to be trained:
Internal staff includes the following groups: Applications Training, Project Management, Technical Services, Sales and Sales Support.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and update course content, and coordinate learning curriculum.

· Conduct assessment and analysis to identify new development needs, and recommend training methods.

· Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge on system features.

· Provide training on software features - concepts and procedures.

· Create job aids and participant guides to accompany courseware.

· Maintain employee training records.RequirementsEducation

· B.A. or B.S. degreeExperience

· 5 years related experience in instructional design and delivery in a corporate training environmentSkills
