Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

 Two or more years of web design experienceVery strong experience with XHTML / CSS, and CSS design tricks. (Required)Deep experience with Photoshop. (Required)Solid understanding of Information architecture and usability design concepts.Some experience with Illustrator, Flash, Javascript, DHTMLPrint layout and design experience is a plus.Some programming experience is a plus.Ability to quickly learn new design concepts and tools.Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Bachelors in Graphics/Web/Communication Design or Fine Arts.Excellent work ethic.Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

 

Job Responsibilities:As a Tallan Software Consultant you will be part of a team of talented developers building large scale, mission critical software systems for Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 Clients. These systems include Application Development, Enterprise Application Development (EAI), Systems Integration, Data Warehousing and Data Mart Development, Corporate Portals, Mobile and Wireless Technologies, Supply Chain Automation, B2B E-Commerce, Retail & Distribution Order Management, Website Integration and Securities Trading Management. Our systems are built using the latest technologies including J2EE, Java, Enterprise JavaBeans, Oracle, SQL Server, .Net and C# to name a few. All of our Consultants participate in every phase of the development life cycle including analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.Tallan consultants, working primarily on a client's premises, interact firsthand with users. Our consultants also experience a tremendous variety in the industries, companies, applications and technologies in which they work.
