To this end, liaisons will contact our clients via regular conference calls. The liaison will monitor outstanding support issues, helping to ensure our customers’ continued success.Customer liaisons will also be responsible for assessing and diagnosing post-implementation questions and technical issues. This position requires a self-motivated, independent thinker with very strong analytical skills who will thrive in an autonomous environment.
