Customer Service Advisor

Main Responsibilities 

Offer excellent telephone support to buyers and suppliers utilizing BravoSolution products

Develop excellent relationships with buyers and suppliers

Analyze and fully understand the client’s procurement procedures to support effectively

Be available to train and support users in participating in electronic negotiations and tender activities

Contribute to the ongoing development of products and services.

Required Experience 

Minimum of 1 years experience in a customer service role

Excellent communication skills

Enthusiastic and ambitious

Logical approach to problem solving
