Customer Service Representative-Payroll Processor

Duties: Responsible for all aspects of quality service for clients, provide excellent customer service support, resolve client issues and aim to retain client satisfaction. Contracts and assists clients in process of obtaining information for payroll production and tax related issues; verifies totals, responds to/resolves client questions and problems and delivers quality customer service.
Responsible for the packaging and distribution of payrolls as needed.

Qualifications: High School Diploma and 3 years office experience with a proven facility in data entry, customer service, and problem resolution. The equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
