Customer Service Representative - Billing Department

Job Description:

Customer Service Sales And Billing Representative for one of North Carolina’s most established global internet web hosting providers.
Provide excellent customer service via our ticketing and telephone systems while responding to customer billing requests and pre-sales inquiries from 3Essentials customers. 

Requests include: 
Assisting current and potential customers with explanations of hosting services, products, pricing and upgrades to match their needs to 3Essentials offerings.
Customer billing and payment inquiries.
Sales involves assisting customers in matching their needs to 3Essentials offerings, explaining pricing and answering other product/service inquries.
Operate Billing System: Use our web driven billing interface to perform daily tasks such as account upgrades, payment failures, account cancellations and other detailed service changes.
90% of the daily tasks will be responding to customer inquiries via our ticketing and telephone systems.
 

Qualifications/Experience:

Two or four year college degree or High School Diploma or GED with related work experience in management or customer service.
Ideal position for a Senior Customer Service Representative looking to expand their career into management.
Must be able to deal with demanding customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Must have excellent verbal & written communication
Must have basic knowledge of Internet and be able to quickly learn additional basic Internet terminologies. 
Must have excellent computer skills in Windows and Microsoft Office
Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a wide range of users with varying levels of Internet proficiency.
Must have excellent attention to detail in a process driven environment
Must be able to work nights and weekends
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Must have excellent organization and document filing skills 
Must be able to work in fast paced environment
