The Position – Customer Service and Technical Support Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

 

The TSR will:

Ø Handle technical support issues and operation questions on our products

Ø Be responsible for maintaining communication with customers on open issues

Ø Assist sales department with questions and issues for existing and potential customers

Ø Assist with maintenance of internal computer systems, both hardware and software

Ø Perform Teleconference Training

Ø Travel Required in USA and Canada

Ø On-site Training

Ø On-site Inventory Assessments






The Ideal Candidate



The ideal candidate will possess the following:



Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ø Strong organization and project management skills

Ø Ability to support technical and non-technical users

Ø Degree/Experience in related field (Computer Sciences, Network Technician or Help Desk)

Ø Experience with Windows operating systems 98, XP, NT, 2000, 2003

Ø Ability to communicate with various levels of the internal and external organizations

Ø Ability to work in fast paced, time critical environment

Ø Experience with relational databases and database conversions

Ø Programming experience a plus

Ø Must be willing to travel (5-15% of time)




Compensation will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
