Customer Support Specialist - Italian Speaker

We seek an Italian /English bilingual (additional languages are a huge plus) who would execute projects introducing new suppliers to Agentrics’ retail customers and resolve customer inquiries and customer training needs on Agentrics applications.
Daily tasks in Customer Services include building lists of potential suppliers for retailers, contacting suppliers to qualify them according to our customers’ standards, and documenting results in a professional format. Minor translation and proofreading of company documents into Chinese is also required on occasion.
Daily tasks in Customer Support include researching and answering customer inquiries, recording issues in an incident tracking database, providing status updates on known issues, and continually building proficiency in our online supply chain applications.

Qualifications: Written and spoken fluency in Italian and English (Proficiency in other languages also valued - especially French) Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Experience in the retail industry, customer support, or salesComfortable contacting companies to introduce new business opportunitiesFacility for working in a diverse team and contributing to multiple projectsAbility to troubleshoot and solve complex problems. Knowledge of the Internet, PC basics, and working knowledge of MS-Office products: Outlook, Word & Excel and Customer Relationship Management tools. Able to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
The annual salary is $33, 696 including an 8% night-shift differential, plus an annual bonus of 5%, a full range of benefits (medical, dental, vision, tuition, 401k, and others), as well as 3 weeks of vacation.
This team operates on a 4x10 schedule, defined as working 4 evenings/early mornings for 10 hours with additional 30 minute break, 4 times a week.
