Sage Software Healthcare Division has an immediate opening for a Customer Support Technician - Software Support SummaryProvides support to external users of the organization's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems related to their use.ResponsibilitiesWe are currently seeking a Customer Support Technican to work on our Technical Support Team in the Scottsdale, AZ office located at Raintree and the 101. This position supports the Sage Software Healthcare Division product Intergy. You will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal staff, helping analyze and trouble-shoot customer problems in a live call-handling environment. You will provide customers with quality customer contacts, prompt problem resolution, and overall support to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's Degree preferred.Experience: 2 - 3 years business or business related training in a customer service environment, preferably in a medical office setting. Previous experience in a call center, medical billing, or tech support environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Medical software experience preferred. TMM, Intergy, Health Network, Medware, Imaging experience a plus.Skills & Certifications:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Good oral and written communication skills and problem solving/analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and customer service skills. Keyboard competency. Proficiency in PC software applications. Ability to work in a fast paced live call center environment.
