External training includes working with Mitchell Medical clients to successully deploy our software solutions. Internal training includes working with SME’s to document and train internal staff on a variety of topics, such as new releases of software, State Fee Schedules. Curriculum development includes creating project-specific training materials such as outlines, reference guides, and PowerPoint presentations. This individual will work closely with other members of the Medical team, and other project teams internal or external to the Medical Division. Responsibilities:Prepare and present training programs to customers and staff Mitchell electronic products using a variety of delivery methods.Develops and updates customized curriculum, reference guides and materials (internal and external).Configures software as required.Participate in pre project planning for customer implementations. This includes: Coordinate all day-to-day training details for implementations. Uses feedback from customers (internal and external) to revise and modify courses as needed. The individual must be able to work in a team-oriented environment, and must be able to multi-task and switch between assigned projects frequently. Special projects. Handles special projects as directed by management. Position Requirements:·Minimum 2 years training related experience.·Possess high-quality one on one and large group presentation and training skills.·Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, multi-tasking skills and detail orientation.·Basic working knowledge of effective adult learning and training methodologies.·Proven ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint to develop training materials..Must possess the ability to interface with all levels of management on critical and sensitive issues.·Experience preparing publications for commercial print, as well as for electronic distribution. ·Ability to understand technical software engineering terms/concepts and then rewrite and organize for the non-technical user.·Ability to travel overnight approximately 50 -75%. Previous business travel experience preferred.·Knowledge of the automobile insurance industry and claims process as well as Medical Bill Review is preferred.·Bachelor’s Degree RequiredTraining, writing skills
