Over the coming months, we will be completely reconstructing the ETL and Analysis Services infrastructure for that group’s reporting services so that it can run faster, answer more complex questions and be enhanced more quickly.To accomplish that, we have room for an experienced ETL designer/builder who is comfortable constructing the ETL using SSIS. This person will play a critical role in the division’s long-term reporting strategy and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic Business/IT environment. The responsibilities for this position include:- Translating high-level requirements into detailed designs-  Providing technical estimates-  Datamart design and ETL development using SSIS-  Enterprise, managed and ad-hoc reporting-  Front-end platform including data visualization Our enterprise reporting platform is built on SQL Server 2005 using SSIS to manage ETL, QlikView and IBI. Required Qualifications -  Minimum of 2-5 years of professional information systems experience with passion for data-  Experience with software development and data quality best practices-  Experience in Dimensional and Entity-Relational data modeling and OLAP-  Experience in performance tuning-  Data analysis and visualization-  Experience in Performance Management using Balanced Scorecard methodology-  Experience in .Net development-  Proven interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels of the organization-  Good design documentation in addition to written and verbal communication skills Desired Qualifications- Practical working experience with SSIS, IBI Tools or QlikView tools are strongly desired. Required Education Undergraduate degree in business administration, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent work experience.  Tools Equipment Used Expertise with WebFocus or equivalent BI platform, SQL and SSIS.
