Description:The Data Analyst directly supports the Marketing Services Manager in providing post-implementation campaign customer support by being the primary interface for pulling for pulling campaign lists.Key AccountabilitiesPerforms Selections from the Database for CampaignsDevelops both a strategic and tactical understanding of the clients marketing approachesServes as a knowledge resource to the Update Team and to the clientDevelops and shares insights into the clients dataMMaintains update process checklistsWrites data specificationsProcess and QC list segmentationsAssists Marketing Services Manager in specification writing for engineers/programmers/applications specialistsWorks with outside vendors in regard to deadlines, required specifications, changes and questions.Participates in regular client contact meetings.Researches and provides answers and solutions to client questions and concerns.Delivers superior client attention, service and support.Facilitates problem-solving and issue resolution.Troubleshoots complex projects.Qualifications:Data analysis skills ( 2+ years)Demonstrated project management ability (2 + years)Experience in direct marketing (a plus)Experience in database marketing/ management (2+ years)Experience in software packages or programming languages used for analyzing and manipulating data (SQL- 2+ years)Knowledge of campaign management software ( Ensemble, Epiphany, Unica, Top Dog)Knowledge in email marketing (a plus)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelors degree and overall work experience of 5+ years.Degree in information systems or management (a plus)Willingness to travel (20%)Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceCompensation:Competitive Pay based on highly qualified applicantsCompetitive Medical/Dental and 401k benefitsExcellent opportunities for advancement in this rapidly growing companyJob Location: Schaumburg, ILJob Number: 2920Company URL: http://www.epsilon.comCompany Profile:Epsilon is a leading provider of multi-channel marketing services, technologies and database solutions.
