Requirements
The Senior Technician is responsible for testing and evaluating data in a team environment for our data center using various software tools.  The position is responsible for reporting, evaluating and resolving data-related problems.  (Note: This not a hardware/equipment related position.)

Skills Needed
Knowledge of Windows and SQL Server; extensive knowledge of MS Office applications (Access, Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Proven data analysis and problem resolution experience

Ability to work with others in a team environment and to share information (oral and written) to all members of the the team

Documentation skills

Ability to work with limited supervision

Knowledge of MS Access or other database software preferred

Experience with Lotus Notes and Eudora preferred
