Database Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Database Marketing Coordinator to provide database marketing and analysis in support of development, deployment and measurement of marketing campaigns.

 

 

CRM ManagementSolely responsible for marketing and sales administration for our internal CRM system, Salesforce.com;Document and train sales team on lead process;Establish global data policies;Provide user support and develop and execute ongoing CRM user training;Responsible for data cleansing, formatting and import of weekly leads into CRM;Serve as data steward with an emphasis on analysis and ways to improve overall data quality and management;Other duties as assigned;

 

 

Lead ManagementManage lead nurturing system (Eloqua); i.e., build email nurture programs as defined by marketing mgrs, set up forms, set up email brochures, segment database, manage & execute all online email campaigns;Lead/Opportunity reporting: manage weekly lead reports; look for/develop new reports for efficient tracking;Develop a rigorous process for monitoring and learning from the results of direct marketing campaigns;

Required Skills & ExperienceAssociates degree with minimum of 3 years of database and CRM reporting experience; Bachelor degree a plus;Salesforce.com administrator experience highly desired;Software B-to-B experience desired;Ability to develop measurement strategies, reporting, and segmentation, to derive both efficiencies and insight;Adept at analyzing data and communicating results;Strong writing skills a must
