Database Trainer

Syntellect, a leading provider of self-service speech and advanced call center solutions has an immediate opening for a Database Trainer in our Oak Brook office. In this role, the Trainer will provide detailed training for Syntellect customers on topics that support the effective use of software application solutions by end-users, supervisors and site administrators.   Responsibilities include the following:

 

· Delivery of instruction in designing, building and working with relational databases.

 

· Proven experience with Microsoft, Oracle and mysql database platforms.

 

· Technical education in operating environments such as Windows 2000/2003 or Windows NT.

 

· Experience with Crystal

 

Requirements

The successful candidate will have 2 plus years of curriculum database design and delivery experience for technical courses. In addition, this person must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.  Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must in this role. A Bachelor’s of Science in a technical discipline is preferred.
