We have an excellent opportunity for a Associate Director, Customer Relations Management/Database Trainer in our Northern California or Southern California office.The Associate Director of Customer Relationship Management, works to focus the organization on the retention of customers and the establishment of long-term, ongoing relationships through the use of our customer relationship management systems (Siebel and Kintera). Employs one-to-one marketing concepts and principles, and advocates their use throughout the organization.Major Duties:1. Assist with the design and implementation of training regarding customer management systems.2. Develop and implement procedures for monitoring data quality and adherence to entry standards.3. Assist in the ongoing development of processes to meet affiliate objectives through the use of the customer relationship management systems. 4. Build partnerships with field staff to proactively assess their customer relationship management needs and consult with them to meet those needs.5. Assist with the design and distribution of procedures and standards to all staff in a manner that promotes the effective use of the customer relationship management systems. 6. Partner with business teams throughout the affiliate to accomplish customer relationship objectives. Bachelor's degree in computer science, education, business administration or related fields. Minimum of three years experience in training and project management. Broad knowledge of the techniques for developing and maintaining relationships with customers. Qualifications:' Advanced proficiency in Windows-based word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software' Demonstrated ability to manage multiple major projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently' Skilled in written and oral communications' Able to interact professionally with all levels of staff, volunteers, professionals and the general public' Possess strong consultation and negotiation skills' Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct meetings, producing necessary outcomes through a thorough, collaborative group process' Experienced in developing lesson plans and delivering presentations' Able and willing to travel up to 10% of the time, and work nights and weekends as neededBenefitsAttracting talented, committed employees means offering a competitive benefits package, ongoing professional development and training, and a diverse and inclusive environment in which to work and grow.
