Databasics Administrator Simi Valley, CAJOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:· Manage expense reimbursement process and software (75%) and assist payroll (25%).· Ensure efficient operation, data update and data integrity/reconciliation of the Automated Expense Reporting (AER). · Interact with Databasics, travel agencies, car rental agencies, credit card companies, and employees. · Ensure compliance with the travel and entertainment policy. · Update employee data, chart of account information, workflow routings, validation rules and policy guidelines. · Train DataBasics users and approvers. · Work with IT to develop reports to ensure necessary information is captured at reporting periods. · Learn/perform the basics of processing transactions in Autotime and Paychex. · Generate reports to support inquiries of the payroll department. · Process payroll on a rotational basis. · Support the payroll function as a backup payroll processor. · Perform necessary functions and tests of controls to ensure compliance with Internal Controls over Accounts Payable and Payroll processes. · Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:· 3+ years exerience in an automated processing environment. · Database/systems administration experience. · Payroll processing experience preferred (but not required). · Experience using Databasics or Concur helpful. · Excellent problem solving and customer service. · Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.HOW TO APPLY FOR EMPLOYMENT:Prior to submitting your response, we encourage you to review our company web site, to learn more about us.
