Desktop Support & Training Specialist



Wanted high energy, self-starting desktop support/computer applications trainer for our Twin Cities office.


Must have excellent oral and written English communications skills and be able to work effectively with all staffing levels including senior management.



Will provide direct hands on support to users who are experiencing network access or PC applications issues, provide one on one training assistance, and coordinate with the local LAN Administrator to provide a high level of technical assistance to users and related desktop, printer and local network troubleshooting. Will develop and implement computer applications training programs consistent with national programs and local office user needs.



Requirements:

·  Must have legal or corporate training experience

·  2-4 year college degree preferably in a technology related discipline

·  Evidence of proficiency in MS Office 2003 Professional, Internet Explorer. Experience with Front Page, Visio, Citrix, and Chem Draw a plus.

·  Must have verifiable certification in either A+ or Network +. MCSE certification not required but also acceptable and will be verified.

·  Prior relevant consulting experience or a similar position in a professional firm a plus.
