Delivers success through building, leading, and inspiring high-performance teams to achieve bottom-line resultsQualificationsResponsibilities" Definition and evolution of the processes and tools required to manage the Online project portfolio." Administration of the project initiation and tracking process for all Online and enterprise initiatives affecting the Online Channel " Maintenance and communication of the Online project roadmap and related progress as it relates to planned initiatives based on business priorities and resource capacity." Direct a team of PMO Managers to track project progress across business and technology tasks and deliverables in order to ensure timely, on-budget and in-scope delivery of initiatives that meet business needs." Through the PMO team, lead capacity planning efforts in terms of combining business and IT resource availability as it pertains to roadmap planning" Through direct reports, serve as Online point of contact for enterprise reporting surrounding project milestones and project deliverables." Establish strong collaborative working relationships with the business Program and Product Management, IT Relationship Management and Project Delivery, and the Executive Stakeholders in order to formulate plans and secure buy-in."
