We are now seeking a smart, energetic, highly competent and self-starting sales executive to serve as Director of Healthcare Sales.  You and the team you build will drive our products to success in the healthcare industry, focusing primarily on sponsor-supported narrowcasting applications in medical offices. You will negotiate and close sponsorship deals with pharmas and other companies with DTC and DTP programs, coordinate the acquisition of appropriate educational and entertainment video content, and ensure that our products are successfully placed in medical offices throughout the US.

 

This position offers terrific earnings and leadership potential.  Your compensation package will consist of a modest base plus a  generous, accelerating commission schedule based on your team’s bookings.  There is no earnings cap.

 

Requirements:  you must have at least eight years professional sales experience, including at least two years experience leading a sales team at the Director or higher level.  You must know the healthcare industry, and have experience negotiating sponsorship deals with pharmaceutical companies.  You must also have a history of successfully meeting or exceeding your performance targets, as well as developing winning sales strategies and creating successful sales organizations.  On the personal side, you must be highly intelligent, with excellent written, verbal and analytical skills, complete integrity, boundless energy, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do the work required in a fast growing company.
