The SSI Group Inc., with its corporate headquarters in Mobile, Alabama, is a national information technology company serving the healthcare marketplace.  We are pleased to announce we are currently seeking a creative and qualified professional to join our leadership team to direct our Human Resources Department. 

 

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this critical position is located in Mobile and responsible for the overall direction of the HR Department.   We seek an experienced human resources professional who has a minimum of ten years progressive experience in the human resources career field, with at least five years of that time in a leadership or supervisory role.  The successful candidate must have a thorough knowledge of all human resources practices and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong employee relations background is essential.  We are a multi-state organization so the candidate should have a clear understanding of national and state employment regulations. SPHR Certification is required or equivalent verifiable experience in a HR managerial role, and a college degree in Human Resource Management required.  Demonstrated experience building a human resources team will be a plus.  We offer an excellent compensation and benefits plan and a non-smoking facility.  All candidates for employment undergo background and drug screening.  Interested and qualified candidates should send resume to: ssigrp-hr@ssigroup.com .
