Primary Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Development, this individual will be responsible for leading pre- and post-acquisition integration activities that support the growth of Intuit.

Responsibilities Include::
- Managing the end-to-end integration process from creation of the initial integration plan, to execution of the tactical onboarding, to providing a clear roadmap for ongoing ownership, milestones and timelines required to achieve deal specific value and synergies
- Ensuring that the right integration strategy is developed per the intent of the deal
- Leading a virtual cross-functional integration team consisting of operational experts, business unit representatives and newly acquired employees within a complex, matrixed corporate environment
- Presenting integration updates to Senior Executive Management
- Providing thought leadership and analytical rigor to identify operational and integration issues pre- and post- acquisition, developing solutions and driving consensus across multiple stakeholders
- Establishing metrics and methods for measuring progress against the stated deal objectives.
- Developing talent and helping to build an effective learning organization
 
• Participating in pre-deal due diligence and decision making
• Ensuring that the right integration strategy and measures for integration success are developed based on the intent of the deal
• Partnering with business leadership to oversee the integration
• Managing the end-to-end integration process from creation of the initial integration plan with milestones and timelines required to achieve deal specific value and synergies, to execution of the tactical on-boarding, to providing a clear roadmap for ongoing ownership to complete the integration
• Leading a virtual cross-functional integration team consisting of operational experts, business unit and functional representatives, and newly acquired employees within a complex, matrix corporate environment
• Providing thought leadership and analytical rigor to identify operational and integration issues pre- and post- acquisition, developing solutions, and driving decision making and escalation across multiple stakeholders
• Driving completion of Day One must-do activities in parallel with progress on long-term integration activity
• Co-presenting, with business unit leaders, regular integration updates to Senior Executive Management
• Developing talent and working within Intuit’s learning organization culture

Qualifications :
We expect individuals to exhibit a broad set of skills including a keen sense of strategic thinking and rigorous analytics, solid written and verbal communications ability, courage with decisiveness to act, influencing skills, inspirational leadership, and understanding stakeholder needs. It is essential that the individual selected for this position be able to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout the organization at all levels, and be viewed as a team player.

Basic Requirements:

- - at least 5 years of direct integrations experience. 

- - An MBA from a top 10 institution and a track record of strong academic performance.

- - 7-10 years of operational/consulting/product management experience with
- - Track record of success integrating people and business processes is essential. 
- - Must have experience designing and implementing acquisition integration processes for large companies with multiple acquisitions per year. 
- - Must be able to blend strategic advisory with strong process and analytical skills.
- - Ability to be an influential business partner who can lead through influence and garner support from cross-functional executives to ensure effective and efficient integration
