Work in Cleveland, OH and be a part of our IRES (Intuit Real Estate Solutions) team!  Due to our tremendous growth, we are currently seeking a seasoned Director/VP of Product Management to build and lead a world-class global Product Management team consisting of Product Managers and Designers.

 

Responsibilities: Develop and drive new enterprise-software applications and product offerings from conception through business case, from design through development, and from launch to client promoters.Act as a key contributor to executive client workgroups and introduce launch and adoption initiatives. Identify, create, launch, and maintain the vitality of our product offerings in global business settings.Drive significant design changes and functionality as we re-platform our offering.Manage a diverse global business portfolio while aligning with business strategy.Own the execution of the entire product roadmap.Manage and drive improvements in the offering creation process and product life cycle for the division.



Job Requirements:Must have a minimum 8 – 10 years experience leading developing, delivering Product Management initiatives for a large-scale global service offering in the ERP software space.Extensive cross functional leadership over Product Management and UI Design - global experience a plus. Experience with Real Estate Management software a plus.Experience operating at the Enterprise level, managing a complex portfolio of diverse products.Experience operating at the "C" level of Fortune 1000 organizations Experience supporting Sarbanes Oxley, SAS 70, or HIPAA audit of internal controls and compliance.Understanding of object-oriented design and design patterns utilizing use cases, Unified Modeling Language (UML), and an awareness of emerging technologies and standards.Significant experience driving customer research, business case development and requirements definitionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.  MBA a definite plus.Relocation Assistance Available – Non Local Candidates Welcome!
