Director of Technical Services

Requirements

 

Ø      Bachelor’s degree in IT, IS, MIS, or a related field.  Master’s degree preferred.

Ø      Strong experience in web-based delivery product engineering & software development lifecycle.

Ø      Successful history of managing software development and lifecycles, and software engineering / re-engineering, often within tight time constraints.

Ø      Established track record being persuasive in the establishment of strategic vendor partnerships.

Proven organization, time/project management & multitasking abilities with an eagerness to get involved.

 

Ø      Demonstrated adaptability within an environment where priorities are often changing.

Ø      Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting & strategic planning.

Ø      Deep commitment to achieving high standards, working collaboratively with others at all levels, and maintaining a positive attitude & a sense of humor.

Ø      Languages:  ASP, .NET, Flash, SCORM

Ø      Network environments:  Webfarms, Load balance, SQL (server, clusters)

Ø      Other:  XML (preferably XML Human Resource standards) and/or experience with applicant tracking systems and system integrations.
