A strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BoMs) and posses the ability to read and understand multi-level BoMs. Must understand the Localization process and have global manufacturing and OEM support experience. Will be required to manage and maintain SAP’s Material Master, BoM's, ECR and ECO requests and to apply interchangeability rules to part dispositions.• Provides assistance to internal customers in writing, releasing and maintaining moderately complex requests for action (ECN) for major products, CPU's, and multiple released products. Researches prior change requests for users, including history of a change, reason for change and an explanation of the actual change. Agile database experience is desired.• Will be expect to manage SAP’s Master Data by assigning part Numbers, performing part number extensions, and maintaining sales and plant level data.• Will be required to represents Master Data SAP team in cross-functional meetings. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate to many levels of Management. This candidate will be expected to interface with other groups to discuss Master Data procedures and requirements for any type of product and to prepare weekly status reports relating to the functional area.• Will be expected to resolve system and procedural escalations; so strong problem resolution skills are a must. Must be able to analyze, and provide appropriate corrective action measures.• Some project management will be helpful. You will be asked to support projects that are relevant to the enhancement of SAP, incorporate global and regional business processes and look to improve any other Apple Business systems and future software updates.• Looking for highly organized, self-starting individual that can manage multiple items at one time.Normally requires BA/BS degree plus 1-3 years or AA/AS degree plus 3-5 years experience, or equivalent.
