Document Control Specialist

Modis is seeking experienced a Document Control Specialist for one of their clients due to growth and required staff demands.  Our Client, an organization of member firms around the world, has a global presence in providing professional services and advice focused on client service.  Our client desires to engage the ideal candidates on a 6 month Contract basis with a possibility to Hire for their Chadds Ford, PA location. Position Overview:The Document Control Specialist will support service improvement and certification projects by assisting with the preparation, development and on-going management of documents and the associated document control procedures. This position will assist in enforcing compliance with the necessary document controls through the use of metrics and management reporting.   Required Experience & Skillsü  Experience with technical writing and document management/control practices. ü  Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask. ü  Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ü  Familiarity with standard documentation relevant to IT operations and hosting centers ü  Must have strong communication and organizational skills Education:ü  Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree with at least 2 years relevant technical experience or minimum of 4 years relevant experience (technical and/or documentation)  For immediate consideration, please reply through this website or directly to michelle.hepner@modisit.com or call (610)832-2204.
