Dynamics Manager and Sr. Consultant

Junction Solutions continues to experience strong growth and is currently hiring a Consulting Manager and Senior Consultant to work out of the San Jose (San Francisco Bay area), California area.

The Consulting Director will:
** Plan and implement on-time, within budget delivery of custom development projects from requirements definition phase through testing, and rollout
** Lead the exploration, evaluation, design, and development of technical solutions
** Possess 3-5 years ERP Project Management experience
** Possess 3-8 years software development experience in a client/server or web environment, familiarity with Microsoft technologies (SQL Server 2005, IIS 6.0, .NET 2.0).
** Demonstrate experience in the Consumer Goods industry or Retail industry is a plus.

 

The Senior Consultant will:
** Possess consulting or development experience in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or other ERP solutions (BAAN, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Ecometry, Commericalware, Ross).
** Demonstrate experience in the Consumer Goods industry or Retail industry is a plus.
** Perform the function of one of the following roles:

o Implementation Consultants work on client implementations. This role may begin or evolve into a position with extensive travel to client sites. You will be responsible for all phases of the project lifecycle, including: planning, installation, implementation, deployment, and support.

o Functional Consultants have a background or degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or other business related field. A CPA is a plus. Experience or a degree focus in our vertical industries is a plus. They have a technical competence and experience in software development (tools listed below).

o Technical Consultants have a background or degree in Computer Engineering or a related field. They have software development experience including tools from the list below:
* .Net
* ASP
* Java
* C++
* SQL Server DB
* Oracle DB
* X++
