E-mail Marketing Coordinator

We are currently looking for a highly motivated person who will work with Marketing and Game Operations to coordinate E-mail Marketing creatives. The ideal candidate must be proficient with Adobe Photoshop, HTML, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The E-mail Marketing Coordinator will work to meet deadlines and show an eagerness to accommodate feedback and revisions. As a core member of the E-mail Marketing services team, you will be responsible for coordinating our newsletters for optimal mail deliverability.  

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintain newsletter send times and oversee mailing scheduleCoordinate completion of newsletter templatesWork with designers to ensure timely creation of mail templatesUse knowledge of general HTML to edit templatesUpload appropriate content to outbound mail serversPerform pre-send quality check against each mailing


Required Experience and Knowledge:Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience required1-2 years of experience required technologiesEfficient with Photoshop CS2, HTML, CSS, and Web Design conceptsAttention to detail and strong work ethic are a mustExperience creating production-ready art for websites using Photoshop CS2Experience creating websites using HTML and CSS
