ERP Project Manager

The ideal candidate will responsible for the following:

This project manager role will primarily be responsible for managing Scope, Budget and Duration of Software Development projects. It also involves the use of core project management skills including Organizational Change Management, Communications Management, Change Management and Risk Management. The qualified candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate analysis and issue resolution across multiple systems and business groups. 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

·  Ability to manage technology projects with focused scope

·  Perform analysis duties and be able to collaborate with business customers and customer service managers to identify and document business requirements

·  Work closely with the business in the Project Initiation phase to understand project scope, objectives, use cases and requirements

·  Work with business and systems partners to identify stakeholders and develop a project schedule and cost estimates

·  Facilitate risk management planning, risk identification and develop risk mitigation strategies

·  Develop a communications strategy; manage communications across business and  systems partners.

·  Strong and relevant experience managing a large scale ERP projects 

·  Must have experience creating a project plan and driving the execution of all tasks that will encompass the various moving parts required for the consolidation, such as the movement of the  modules, localizations, interfaces with  ERP Systems (which include other ERP’s), movement of all  software packages

·  Business Analysis skills are a must
